cdi 220 2006 Oil Leak please help!

I have a oil leak, I have attached pics of it.
Any help and advice will be appreciated.

If it's the compressed air exit pipe it is very normal to have a bit of oil around there.

It could be coming from the oil return pipe from the turbo.

Clean it and run it up to see.

I did clean it up a bit.
What is the likely job to fix this, just new seals?

I have seen some oil on this area and near the oil refill cap, I think it could be coming from here and then leaking below onto the pics I shown before?

Is this common?
New seals will fix it?

Update.

I changed all three seals on my oil separator as in pic, seems seal 48 was leaking.

I have uploaded the Pics with seal numbers I replaced : 48, 49, and 23.

Blackc55 thanks for your help so far, it seems I could have an oil leak somewhere else as after a few weeks I got same leak in pics again, not as much as before.

It could be the oil return pipe, any other common leaks there I could look for or investigate the oil return pipe leak further?
