CDI 220 replacement rear bumper + parking sensors

Hi I'm after a little bit of advice please.

My dad has damaged the rear bumper of his CDI 220 and it needs to be replaced. (parking sensors included)

What's the best course of action, simply take it to the local Mercedes garage or is there a cheaper alternative?

Can the replacement bumper be ordered online?

How badly damaged is it? I had someone reverse into mine with probably a tow bar and have had it repaired by MB approved company called Flying Colours. I took out a small dents insurance policy when I bought the car and used them. They have done a very good job, till I hit it again
