Central Locking pump compatibility W140

I know this is probably a returning topic on this forum, but wanted to get someones advice that maybe know this better than I do.

I am about to change my Central Locking pump on my Mercedes S320 Limo W140, have several pumps been offered to me but none of them match my part number 1408003248.

Is it possible that other pumps like 1408003148 can work, or do I have to use only pumps with the specific partnumber?

And also if anyone have the pump with partnumber 1408003248 to a reasonable price I will be very happy

The pump runs quite a few other functions as well as the central locking, such as the lumbar support or multi contour seat options which could be front seats, or front and rear seats, hence the multiple part numbers to acocmodate all the options. Without knowing what options your car has, it would be very difficult to say what other part numbers would be suitable. The best person to speak to is Carl at w140 dot co dot uk who would likely have one available.
