Thank you all so much for the prizes!

We have some fantastic prizes in the pipeline. You will be amazed.

Any more? I'm sure some of you can find something to donate. Your money will help out people in the motor trade when they are unable to work. Technicians and mechanics do a dangerous job to keep your cars in tip top condition.

They helped me when I broke my hip and elbow. At the time I had no job and no money. I lived on incapacity benefit and rented a bed sit. I couldn't even go outside without help. BEN gave me £500 to buy a laptop so I could start planning my business PCS. Without that help and support I doubt I could have done it. They need donations to survive.

Olly,

Certificate sent, hope it goes well

This may be a bit of a curved ball, but I've got 4.5 litres of Mobil1 from my non DPF E320 IL6.

It was 5 litres but I did an inbetween services top up of 500ml.

229.5, not 229.51.

It would be fine for an older car - if it's of any use I'll bring it with me to be raffled off:

I got 2.5 litres left from my old W211 CDI, Mobil oil as well. You can just top it up and pair it up with John's bottle so it would be great for an oil change.

I will bring it with me tomorrow.

My wine, which is coming to you courtesy of Trapperjohn, is a Californian Syrah 2005 from the Lagier Meredith vineyard, high in Mount Veeder on the Napa / Sonoma border. A tiny property, making pure wines of real old-world style, unsurprisingly given Steve Lagier was head winemaker at Mondavi and Carole Meredith was professor of vine genetics at UC Davis.

I visited there in 2005, in the Californian spring, with hummingbirds flying all around. A gem of a place.

Olly

Please add my set of "snake eyes" graphite shafted irons golf clubs to the list of raffle items. Used twice so almost like new.

I have brand new Autoglym car cleaning kit which can go towards the raffle:)

Something's wrong here, I never win anything.. bet it's my DVD back.

Cheers,

Gaz

Wherre is the spread sheet with prize winners on please?

I've had a text. I am thrilled to have won a set of brake discs and pads.

I thought my winning streak was scuppered before it even began after ****nal equalised yesterday [I got 7/1 on a mischievous bet for Hull to win]

If I'd known I'd have told Olly not to change the old brakes the other week

It will be published very soon just as soon as we get everything together. We've all been flat out and after a few drinks last night we've all been having a chilled day and just getting our thoughts together.

Nick.
