Cheap Chrome Rolls Bars too cheap?

Ok, so I've not even got the car yet.. but...

I've seen these about and for a lot more money.. but these to me look just dangerous.. and the admission that they are 'not designed as roll bars'

The term 'not a roll bar' is just a legal get out in the case of claim. They would probably work ok.
