Cigarette Lighter powered heater?

Does anyone know where I can get a Cigarette Lighter (in Car) powered heater?

My car is colder than deep space & until I can take the dash apart on a warm day im stuck driving this:

Be warned those 12v heaters are next to useless.
How about some 12v heated clothing like motorcyclsts use!

Surely better than having the heater blowing Cold when there is ice on the windscreen???
