I am new to the forum. I am in the process of buying a 2000-1 CL55. Is it at all possible to update the rear lights to the facelift ones? Apologies if this has been asked before, but I could not locate it in the archives.

Yes, it should be a straight swap if the W220 s-class is anything to go by.

Some filing down/adjustments will need to be made to the lenses to make them fit BUT yes they can be mad eto fit.
