Cleaned the car

So I've had the week off work and really wanted to give the car a good going over. As it happens I only got round to it today and it was more of a quick wash and wax then anything else.

Thanks for the comments guys. I've owned the car for about 18 months and I still absolutely love it.

I didn't attack the engine bay but did give the interior a wipe down. I'm going to try and get it hoovered out and the leather treated over the weekend.

Sounds like it is in good hands.

For my Nappa leather, I use Meguiars Gold Class Leather Cleaner & Conditioner.

Very good stuff and absorbs quickly, leaving a fresh, natural smell.

I use Gliptone Liquid Leather but I'm always prepared to try new products. Having said that, I've been very impressed with the Gliptone stuff but may well give the Meguiars a try when it runs out.

Yeah, Sean (C240Sport97) uses Gliptone and swears by it.

Just make sure you use something worthy, that's all.

don't bother with the meguiars - you are already using the best you can get!

I also rate Zaino Z9 leather in a bottle - but the gliptone stuff beats it too!

(gold class smells nice tho...)
