Hi Ltcan91,

sorry i have serached and seems every picture i have taken of my car is either from the front or of the system in the boot :/

i can say, alot firmer (maybe a tad too firm), needs time to setle, but i do like it the rolling tramlining everything is gone.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread - (long time lurker - short time member) - I get the tramlining effect... I think the best way to describe this as the wheels pulling away from me when driving along what appears to be a good level road... Sorry should add CLK w209 - 320 CDi 2005 - 140k miles. I haven't had the car long, had it up on the ramp last week for an underbody wash after tackling the oil cooler leak. I digress, on the ramp the rear shocks and springs look brand new, the front doesn't appear to have been touched, and needs various new bushes... now whats the best way to check if the shocks and springs on the front are gone?

And my major problem (after the tramlining) would faulty shocks/bushes/springs be causing the car to bounce quite a lot? At motorway speeds it feels like a bouncy castle.

if its bouncing , your shocks have failed.
