Any ideas on this? my 2002 CLK 320 convertible is playing up.
3 malfunctions due to switch under the brake pedal
Switch has been replaced twice at MB, but only lasted 30 miles, switch keeps blowing.
Need to understand the wiring as resulting malfuctions stop cruise control and the roof coming down due to the three malfunctions centred around the brake system.
I beleive there is some kind of power surge which is blowing the brake switch, and I need to follow the wiring back from there to work out what it is.
Any help or advice much appreciated (or wiring diagram - if they exist!)
