As above, on medium to hard deceleration I get a single clunk from I think middle / rear of car.

Now my guessing is either something relating to rear diff or the universal joint in middle of propshaft.

Just wanted to see if anyone has had this issue and what the outcome was for them? I have to use the car daily so can't look underneath until Sunday at the earliest.

Thanks all.

Gearbox mount? Cheap fix if it is.

Worth also checking all the subframe/suspension bolts are tightened up to spec. I had a single clunk, but also on acceleration - turned out to be one of the subframe bolts - not completely loose, but not tight enough allowing it to shift under hard braking or hard acceleration :dk:

Thanks guys, I'll get under it at the weekend if I can't before hand. Torque wrench at the ready :D

Rear subframe front mounts- they will be the ones that load up on deacceleration or propshaft flexible central mount or the differential mounts- the front one can get softened by oil if the input pinion shaft seal leaks
