CLS63 (W218) pads and discs

Hi guys,

It's time for discs and pads on the CLS and Merc have quoted me £2,100 fitted, including 20% off the part prices.

I'm looking into aftermarket products but can't seem to find a readily available supply or good options. What have most people gone for in this situation?

I've searched but couldn't find much on here previously?

Thanks, my only concern is it's not clear what the rear pads are; and postage from the US could be a bit painful
