Coil Spring Rubber Pads

I understand MB supply the rubber coil spring pad shim things in sizes 1 to 5. Anyone know the depth of each of these pads? I could do with a lift of about 20mm.

This is for W202 C180.
Due to the spring being inboard of the wheel the raise is approximately 1.5 times the pad difference.
