COMAND CD updates

My CD hasn't been updated since I bought the car in early 2003 so probably has a 2002 map database.

A quick search on Google found me http://www.bluespot.co.uk/ who are offering two alternatives a Blaupunkt DX with and without TMC.

As the difference is around £60 I was wondering if the TMC version was really worth the extra.

Any comments would be extremely helpful before I make a purchase.

See the thread 2 below yours for comments re TMC although that thread may be referring to DVD version.

I think the 2007 version will be out shortly so worth waiting for.

I think there are a couple of threads on this issue.

The 2007 disks are out on 11th September.
