Comand doesn't seem to work

The comand system in my clk doesn't seem to work properly today. I have the map on the screen but no road names and I can't access anything else, it wont let me navigate around ; audio, nav, tel, serv and I'm not even able to switch it off!

Any ideas please, thanks

Missy D, disconnect the battery negative terminal for 5 minutes. Be careful it is the negative one you are undoing
