Hi guys,
Can someone please help me with my comand unit, its for a 2006 clk280. The system is a NTG2 (i think)
The system keeps turning on and off and not responding, did all the fuse checks etc.. cant really afford to buy a new unit or one off ebay as ive got service b and brakes and gearbox stuff to do which will be around 1k.
The fault code readings i got yesterday from a star machine are:
AGW - Audio gatway:
D101 - MOST component at position 1 reports open ring. Status stored.
D146 - No or incorrect CAN message from control unit N73 (EIS [EZS] control unit)
D010 - The supply voltage of the control unit is too low
Comand or Audio:
D200 - At least one button is sticking or was activated for longer than 120 seconds.
D010 - The supply voltage of the control unit is too low.
CD changer
D001 - Watchdog error: The control unit has been reset due to an internal error
D710 - CD store fault: CD magazine is not ejected
SOUND - Sound system
D010 - The supply voltage of the control unit is too low
D811 - Component fan is faulty or the lead has open circuit
The supply voltage is due to a flat battery but since got a new one fitted.
Can someone please help? Comand online has said its probably a faulty unit, do you think its worth going main dealer to see what they say maybe something more specific or a waste of time and money?
Thank you in advance
Kunal
