The Comand Sat Nav also has options for telephone and video, how easy is it to unlock these features?

You need a compatible TV Tuner and a phone kit to make them work, don't think they can be 'unlocked' as such.

The video function can be 'unlocked' as easily as slotting in a DVD and waiting a few seconds...

Telephone would require a telephone plugged in somewhere. Whole host of potential issues here, depending on what pre-wiring you have. Best to have a search around here.

maybe. if it doesnt have a TV tuner you can also get a RGB video adaptor and connect your own Digital tuner up..... or dvd player/games machine etc to use via the video feature.

I have tried playing A DVD in my comand but it doesnt work.Are you sure you don't need anything doing to the comand to enable you to watch Dvd films?

Your W203 Comand does NOT play DVD's because it is not supported.
Only way to achieve this would be to get a TV Tuner for it.

COMAND-APS in the C and CLK do not play DVDs

Not 100% sure re the CLK but the C class units don't have the video circuit unless they have the green FAKAR (?) connector. Not normally found on face-lift models.

Regards the phone do you have a small triangular connector under the centre armrest?
