I have a command ntg4 system with 6 discs, problem, the memory card I have does not work. Has any one got any info on the system. Many thanks.

According to my Comand handbook the files must be either MPEG 1 or WMA

How is it formatted?

make sure it is FAT or FAT32.

How are you putting the files on?
Dragging them from itunes, in sub folders etc.?

Also max size is 4 GB and cannot be SD-HC

Comand NTG4 has a PCMCIA slot into which either an SD-Card reader or a PCMCIA memory card can be inserted. The ability to read SD-HC cards is dependant on the plugin reader not the Comand unit.

I use a CF card in a PCMCIA adaptor with a 32gb card loaded with .mp3 files and it is working perfectly.

I ripped the Cd's at 320 Kbps using iTunes, tidied up the track info and then copied all the files in their subdirectories straight to the card. Make sure you have the track numbers in the name to keep the track order. I do mine as Artist - track number - track name.mp3.
