Puddle lights that project the MB Star. Shame they don't seem compatible with the W211. Well probably good from perspective of SHMBO, saved me spending £100...

Yep, bought a pair for my Lexus, less than £20 delivered, quality/weight the same as the originals, 5 minute plug and play job. A real talking point, most comments made on the assumption that they were OE, Lexus being perceived to be a premium brand with this type of "extra touch".

Just got a set today for my w212, must admit was worried they may be tacky, but kept repeating to myself that they must not be if Mercedes sell it as an option. They are cool, and practical, they really light up to ground under the door 10 times better than the stock puddle lights. Bought from the dealer cause I'm a snob like that ;-)

My dishwasher does the same thing shines the time left and the programme chosen on the tiled floor,very cool and useless.
