lol, for the money I don't think it's a bad plate.

I've seen a hell of a lot worse. The market in private plates seems to have gone through the roof in the last 5 years. Even the simplest or reg no.'s command stupid money these days.

But it's not a private plate! It's just a number plate with numbers and letters on it.

Lower. What the heck is that supposed to mean anyway? It more accurately spells "Libwer".
