coolant leaking as soon as I refill it

My 1996 C200 is leaking coolant at the engine I refill it every 50km what could be the problem

At a guess, the water pump is worn out.

Not clear from pic but yes water pump , the hoses or even the rad

Do you have antifreeze in the water you keep topping up or else you may burst a frost plug or hose or a weak point in the rad

When did you last change the water pump and stat and belt

This one has traveled 60 000km...The engine is now soo hot and the car doesn't have power anymore the rev counter can only reach a maximum of 4500revs, the max on the dashboard is 7000revs..also a croowww crwooo sound is coming out when the engine is on...

Don't run the engine again until you have changed the water pump, "soo hot" is too hot. If you're lucky you'll get away with just the cylinder head warping and the head gasket blowing. If you're unlucky the engine will seize.

If you have run it until power has been lost you have certainly done more damage.
