How do you find out what version of Command you have ?
NTG5*2 Maps V15.0 released on 08.06.2021
The data card say NTG5/NTG5.5, the map version is V14.0 so I assume it’s NTG5.2

Are you saying that your data card is saying you have NTG 5.5, then the latest version should be V.20
No I don’t think it’s NTG 5*5 as it was updated last year to V14.0 so I assume it’s NTG5*2 but I want to know how you find the exact version

Easiest way is to check the data card for your car, enter your vin number into a website, if you do a search for vin check, posts with the website detail will come up, this will show the full factory spec/build sheet for your car, including comand version.

At launch the GLC was fitted win NTG5*2, same as the W205.
The W205 was facelifted in 2019 and received the NTG5.5.
The GLC was facelifted last year and received MBUX.
So as fat as I can tell the pre-facelift GLC 2016-2019 should all have NTG5*2.

Welcome to the forum.
Wait until you have a main dealer service, then ask for the map to be updated.
According to the list kindly posted by markjay above, it should be V15.0
It's not free unless your car is less than 3 years old at the time of the update

VIN - WDD2052082F434983 i guess i will Have COMAND Online NTG5*2. (Ive got V13 (2019)
I also asked about carplay options, (but I’m located in Scotland ) so not handy for a visit

How about NTG4? I have the latest 2018-19 maps installed by comand.co.uk when they changed the HDD in my early S204 comand NTG4 so I could install updates later than 2014-15, they installed the latest 2018-19 at the time and told me MB were still issuing updates for NTG4 but I've heard nothing since! @Alfie, any news?? I'm boogered on the SLK as 2018-19 NTG2.5 is the last update MB will issue!!
