How about NTG4? I have the latest 2018-19 maps installed by comand.co.uk when they changed the HDD in my early S204 comand NTG4 so I could install updates later than 2014-15, they installed the latest 2018-19 at the time and told me MB were still issuing updates for NTG4 but I've heard nothing since! @Alfie, any news?? I'm boogered on the SLK as 2018-19 NTG2.5 is the last update MB will issue!!

The list I am posting is that of maps that can be downloaded freely from the Internet, and the reason MB makes them available to download FOC is that you need to buy a PIN code unique to the car's VIN in order to install them.

The PIN code requirement started with NTG4.5. Earlier HDD-based systems, e.g. NTG2.5 and NTG4, do not require a PIN code, which is why MB won't provide the maps for these systems as a free download (instead you need to purchase the official DVD from MB), and this is also why they are not on the list above.

This is why I dont have any info regarding maps for COMAND systems earlier that NTG4.5. But, given that NTG4.5 has not been updated since 2019, I'm guessing that sadly updates to NTG2.5 and NTG4 are equally unlikely.
