Dent and Scratch

Found today (on my birthday!) that some scrote has jumped on my bonnet and left a nice dent, coupled with a sliding scratch as they must have slid off.



Both minor in detail but major annoyances, any recommendations for cheap dent removal and scratch removal (it's not deep thankfully), in SE London/Kent?

so tempting.. problem is the usual parking problems in London.. I had to park my car some way from my house, it could be anyone who lives along that section of the road..
