I have one of those supermarket car park type dents in the driver's door of my 1995 E 300 D Estate. It is about the size of a 10p piece but has not broken the paint. It is about 4-5cms in from rear edge of door, below door handle and just (4-5 cms) above the chrome strip and plastic lower panel. Can anyone advise whether I will be able to get behind this dent if I take apart the door card etc, or whether structural parts and double layers will be in the way? I have a panel hammer and block of wood, and hope to lessen the damage, but if I cannot gain access, it is to the body shop!
Thanks
John

Why not try something like Dentmaster or ChipsAway (http://www.chipsaway.co.uk/repair/local-operator.asp). There are quite a lot of mobile paintless dent removers out there.

Dont attempt to remove the dent urself as u may possibly end up doing more harm ans worsen the damage i.e. crack the paint (unles u are very confident...) - I would leave ot the experts personally i.e. Dentmaster.
