How can I confirm if Westfalia one for estate S212 fits my saloon w212 e220 2014?

If its from estate its probably different?

Anyone selling one for W212?

Looking on a tow bar web site, they appear to have different codes, which proves little. I would suggest you contact either the manufacturer or a reputable tow bar fitter. Not much help I'm afraid

Thanks, looking at pictures and parts microfiche diagram this kit have holes to fit both but I will not risk it, will buy dedicated kit.
