Do I need to flush the engine? E270 CDI

E270 CDI nearly due for a service having done 130k..
can anybody suggest a good oil to replace with and does the engine need a flush out?
If so what can be recommended to do a good job?
like all E270 diesels it's a little noisy on start up but still pulls well..
this is my first MB and any tips keeping it running well appreciated.

If you want to satisfy your curiosity you could send a sample of the engine oil to a tribology lab to be analysed. I imagine you'd have to give them a sample of new oil to compare against.
