Just as a word of warning to all of you. I have purchased some parts for my fun car ( 206gti) from above website. Heres list of problems i had with them:
1. parts were sent to wrong address ( ???? ) causing delays
2. when i finally got my parts they were wrong and my mechanic couldnt fit them
3. when i requested replacement they didn`t collect wrong parts saying that there was nobody at my home address when i was home twice whole day waiting for courier company. In the end i ended up sending them myself at own cost of £40.00
4. there is no way for you to speak with anybody @ POTN as they operate only via emails
5. after tens of emails and several weeks later i have given up and asked for a full refund for returned parts
6. several emails later somebody finally confirmed that they have received my parts back and that my refund will be sorted that day ( 4th of April 09)
Here we are in May and there is no sign of any refunds and they are still ignoring my emails despite warnings of legal actions. My CC company is dealing with this case as there is no other way to get my £200 back.
So if anybody is considering any purchases from POTN i am warning you!!!

i couldnt find any telephone numbers on website.It says that they only deal via emails. I have asked them for a telephone number but they never provided it to me.
I have enough of stress because of that. My bank is dealing with this case now. Thank god for credit cards!!!

but it still is not helping me as they have promised me several times to refund me money but it never happens
i dont understand how this company can still operate and i`m sure i`m not the only one in similar situation
 
That is really strange I have used POTN loads of times for exhausts, styling bits etc and never had a problem, on some off my orders they have actually called me to check the part is the correct one I want before they dispatch it. They have also won awards for their customer service so I am really suprised the way you have been treated, when I e mail them they usually respond within about 30 mins which I think is pretty Impressive

Company is owned by Nick & Simon Morton who are MD & Technical Director respectively, If you need any help on the refund Finance side Anne Robinson ( No not the Ginger haired one) is in charge of finance, just e mail her and I'm sure they'll sort it pronto as they are proud of their rep

They have been great with us, sorry you are having this hassle though
