Door locks

Read an article re door lock not working should the need arise to need it - Thought i would check mine and would you believe - Not working . Due to the use of electronic fob most drivers probably dont ever think about opening car with Key untill fob fails to find lock seized . Just squirted wd40 into lock and will over next few days see if i can tease it back into action.

I would never have though to check either but got a new spare key the other day so did check the blade worked just to make sure and all was good..

Loads of posts and pics on this subject so appears a very common problem and can cause much aggro.
