Driven: New range rover

Ultimate must-have "Bling" coming to a premier league footballer's garage near you.:p Which is a pity for such a classy able vehicle. :( Still the QUEEN likes em.:thumb:
Slightly ironic its new all aluminium body actually harks back to its early utility LAND ROVER ancestry.;) I would have one if I had the money.:D

+1^ Maybe get a ex demo next year for the mrs.

Question is V8 or V6 diesel, plus reliability issues, teething problems etc I'll definitely go and look at a few when they become available at the dealers, don't imagine there will be any discount on new build so ex-demo is the way to go.

Cayenne S diesel is looking tempting as well but having looked at and nearly ordering a V6 diesel, an identical spec V8 D would be close to £80k, which in all reality is far too much for a VW Toerag in disguise.

Range rovers IMHO are horrid things. The cayenne S diesel sounds way better
