dvd player in 1986 300e

i have seen to dvd players in a 300e mercedes.but i just want to make sure i can use it before i buy one.because of the angle of the stereo slot. i cant see how the screen will have clearence.but the two that i have seen the screen is perfect.anybody here have ideas or suggestions, any info will help.i want to get the sony xav-c17 dvd player.

ya but i just dont see how the screen has clearence. when i look at it the screen would come out slanted.web sites say they will fit. "of course" but im just concerned about the angle of the screen.
