E bay slow anyone else having this problem?

Very slow sometimes on my home computer, thought it was just my machine but the one at work is the same.

Loads the screen fast enough but wont let you scroll up or down for a few seconds, then in fits and starts.

Any ideas how to speed it up?

Dog slow for me yesterday too (home computer) Thought it was my aging set up! S'ok early doors but as UK gets out of its pit it slowed down, heaps.
