E class 200 2016 coupe boot does not unlock when central locking unlocks doors

E class 200 2016 coupe, boot does not unlock when central locking unlocks doors, just wondered if anybody has a simple solution to fixing this. Button in car will not unlock it either so no way to get into my boot.Worked the other day without a problem

Looks like I've solved the problem you can open the boot with the key inside the electronic fob. Not obvious at first but an independent Mercedes garage I called told me straight away.
