E Class Coupe Roof Bars

Evening everyone,

I just wanted to know if anyone can advise me if these would fit my E Class Coupe (Panoramic roof):

Genuine Mercedes Aero Roof Bars E Class W211 2002-2009 on eBay (end time 31-Mar-10 11:44:44 BST)

Any recommendations gratefully received.

I am in the same quandary. I'm collecting my e coupe this week but can't find any literature regarding roof bars, either MB branded or Thule.

The demonstrator had blanking plates and fixpoints in the roof. Looked like 8 mm tappings.

I have a set of Thule bars and bike racks that I used on the outgoing Mondeo so I'm hoping with a few different fixings I can reuse them.

I have spoken to MB Brooklands - they do a set of bars at £233.00 (which is more than I want to pay).

Anyone know if Thule or similar do some?

These are the guys I bought my last set from and when I pick up the E coupe (tomorrow) (Too excited to sleep tonight!!) I'll contact them and see what is needed.
