Just had to buy a "Brand New" Original alloy wheel for my 2004 S211 AG.
The reason was it went for the MOT and i was told it had a crack in the rim on the inside of the wheel ( Front near side).
So i have an immaculate used wheel with this minute crack, the tyre never lost any pressure so it is tiny about 1cm and about as thick as your finger nail.
Can it be fixed as it is far too good to scrap (no kerbing etc) and if so does anyone know someone near Aylesbury who can do it for a reasonable price?
Once fixed will put it on fleabay or might just put it on as it is, as i do not have a lot of time to fix!
Someone suggested "JB Weld" but i am not wanting to compromise someones safety!

Had a crack in my 17" alloys which was repaired for under £50. That may be Bristol rates though:D

any decent welding/fabricating shop will be able to do it

It's important the crack is cutout otherwise it will creep under the weld.

Thanks for the advice.
