E class with UHI Cradle for Nokia 6310i

the car does not have command. the following is about the central display not the steering display
i can on occassions, recieve calls and it doesn't display the contact name only the phone number (its happening more and more). however if you lift the arm rest, you can see who's calling so its obviously not a phone issue.
has anyone seen similar problems

its to do with the location of the number on the phone and also to do with the software version. There have been previous threads on this topic if you search for them
