I had to tell a colleague in India to input BFT so after a few attempts resorted to Bravo - Foxtrot - Tango.
After much discussion I agreed that Balls - France - Timestables would do.

I would not blame too much these Indian companies that provide these services, I would blame those here in Europe who decide to go after what is cheap, while they don't know what is cheap (that is, take into account the costs from poor service). They only know how much the company currently pays for some help line and compare that for the outsourced service from India or even further away.
