Well here it is

Judge for yourselves

Regards,
John

I like the wheels :o

Yup everything is "AMG style" or "Brabus style", rather than "AMG" or "Brabus".

The guy seems to really know his stuff
How to get E320 performance from a E230,
Just add:
1x K&N performance air filter conversion (+20 Bhp)
1x AMG style twin pipe exhaust system with de-cat converter (+30 Bhp)
And bingo, your 150BHP is now 200BHP :D

8k ICE ?

The most I could see would be 2k being genorous and a badly installed rear sub box definatley not an 8k install !!!

I am surprised to read Air con and metalic paint are non standard for Avantgarde:crazy:
I didn't realize W211's had indicators in the front wings either:crazy:

he must be a club member though, coz he's fitted the club peddles;)

It does look tidy though
£3777.77 reserve not met..bit optomistic?

QUOTE]

Pre face lift W210s had side repeaters integrated in the front wings until the face lift was launched.

PS. W210 is the model code for the old previous generation E Class where W211 is the current E class.

The advert says 211 side indicators.

I like the look of the clear projector headlamps but from what I read the output is poor due to the lens.

I know, Iv'e got one:rolleyes: It's just that in his blurb he says he has fitted
W211 style headlights

· W211 style tail lights

· W211 style side repeaters

· W211 style fog lights
but they look like mine (W210) old style, and (don't quote me, but I think the Tail lights might be off the facelift W210 as well

From what I can see in the pictures, 2k would be exceptionally generous...probably half that is closer to the mark!

The Integra has a £2k install on it, and that's netted a top line Pioneer HU, some very tasty Rainbow speakers and one of the brand new Audison LRX amps, plus 2 custom built enclosures...I could probably hook up what he's got there for under £750

Car valuation adjusted for 160,000 miles

Cost new: £37,980

Dealer: £4,700

Private Good: £3,670

Private Average: £2,950

Private Poor: £2,700

Part Exchange: £3,120

Trade: £2,980

and with all that messing from him with electrics pulling panals off, bits of black insulation tape hanging in places the he hopes you never find. change of clock showing 6,500 od miles ....he should be paying the bidder 4,100 at mo

I like the way the illum'd odometer is reading only 006167 miles.

Maybe I am being thick but don't the leading zero's appear because there is another undisplayable number to the left? I'm going to check my w202 tonight to see if it lights up like this.

surely decatted pipes are illegal on that age of car?

No, it only has to pass the emissions test, for which a cat is normally required (although not essential).

I think its quite tastefully done. I like the wheels, and I like the dials in the binnacle. Its a nice looking car, although with only a 2.3 its going to be lethargic.....
