hi Folks

In process of buying above and looking at the spec sheet its listed as having

Cornering illumination

I assume this is the system that illuminates one fog lamp when the steering is put towards lock. I did try this when I looked at the car, switched headlamps on and turned wheel full lock but the fog lamp didn't come on. Am I missing something, does this system need switching on in some way?

Am sure this will be in the book but I've not got the car yet so am just anticipating.... the wait is killing me...

Yeah it's the fogs and iam sure it has to be dark to activate. Mine has it. Put your vin into carinfo Russian (iirc) website. It takes a few goes sometimes so be patient.

Doh I Ment to say this will give you full specification.

Yep carinfo is where I got the spec from.

when I tried the lights on test drive it was broad daylight, so that's probably the answer.

When you open the doors front or back in the dark then a light in the bottom of the door illuminates to show the floor outside! Also the red marker lights in door edge do this too.

Obvious!

Had spotted the red markers but not the 'puddle lights' and hadn't spotted that they only come on in the dark.
