E320 cdi w211 no power before 2000rpm

It looks like the turbo actuator is playing up, as the car is in limp mode and thats the only code being thrown about however once the car is warmed up to the required temp it works fine so I'm thinking of replacing the turbo with a remanufactured unit after new year

My actuator was constantly causing my car to jerk and go into limp mode I sent it off to premier diesel in leciseter and they turned it around in 2 days for £80 touch wood never had the problem again
