e320 estate boot cover i don't want to break it.

Hi, It might sound silly BUT... boot cover it goes up automatically when you open rear boot door, Hey i like that, then i did not want that to happen fully loading back of car so pulled down hard on cover and let it roll up automatically Great. Now i want to clip it back in again but i slide it into groves around to the clips and it does not easily click up, i don't want to force it and break the clips so ... do i pull it up hard and the clips go in or ???? looked in handbook and its not helping me, its a 2006 facelift avantgarde if that makes any difference, Thanks for your help.

On mine, it needs to clip "up" into place on the right-hand side only.

I have had a go but its not going to do it, i pull the blind into the slots and it comes around to some black stops in the grooves. This is where i am lost as it does not go pass the plastic stops which i would have thought it would carry the blind up when you open the back door. You can push the pins in the sides of the blind and put in at an angle past the stop things but nothing is happening, any clues anyone, thanks.

SOLVED unlocked rear seats and shut them back again and all working now, thanks
