E500 Estate Pics!

I thought that I'd share a few pics as I haven't posted any since I bought it.

I spent 3 hours cleaning it but ran out of time. I only managed to use Autoglym HD wax on the bonnet and roof. I could have done with more time to remove tar spots from the wheels but all in all the car isn't looking too bad.

I still think I bought a bargain!

When buying a new (used) car the first wash, for me anyway, usually throws up areas where there's a scratch or other defect on the paint, I didn't find any, I'm very pleased and feel quite lucky to own this car. It is such a beautiful drive.

Lovely.
Clearly a well looked after car. Even the original diamond turned finish on the Ankaa wheels looks as new, which is rare these days.

Very nice. Nunusual colour combo.

Nothing says "posh" like an E-Class estate and the poshest of the lot is the 500.

A BMW something was in front of me at the lights today, right lane of a duel carrageway. I don't know why I did this but he put his foot down and I followed, kept up and then when he pulled over I smoked him. I felt a bit stupid afterwards for being pulled in by him, I need to learn self control.

I like it,

I wouldn't like the mpg though and the interior would last 5 mins with two kids. Grey leather is bad enough

Proper 'Q' car though.

Put E200 Kompressor on it....

+1, as I've said before, it's a stunning colour combination. It's also a great spec example too, you've found a stunning example there. Great job on the cleaning too, a fantastic result.

I like that alot. I'd love the interior but it would be a nightmare to keep clean with a kid and two slobbery dogs.

Not a huge fan of the wheels, needs some nice 18" numbers, nothing too bling though. Something like the sport alloys:-
