<div class="bbWrapper">Got round to spending some time cleaning up my car today - it's looking good but can't wait to see it once its been with Ed at Divine detail next month. Some pics below.<br /> <br /> Went to Wheels In Motion this week and they have cured the left pull on the car and overall it is steering much better.<br /> <br /> So far upgrades and repair work - <br /> <br /> Eurocharged Remap <br /> New upgraded Bosch I/C Pump<br /> Most front suspension parts replaced due to rust/wear and tear<br /> Waxoyld <br /> Breathers &amp; Gaskets<br /> New gearbox mount<br /> Viseeo MBU3000 (working perfectly for me)<br /> <br /> <br /> I'm waiting to get booked in at Eurocharged for -<br /> <br /> 180mm crank pulley and new heat exchanger<br /> <br /> Going to wait until next year to think about headers and any other exhaust work. Car seems plenty loud to me when pushing on.<br /> <br /> Now done 6500 miles and the car hasn't missed a beat reliability wise - I absolutely love it as, as does my wife and our kids - faster daddy faster. Fuel consumption is the only minor issue but given it only cost £10k and feels like a new car in many ways it doesn't really bother us. I couldn't think of a better car for our bi-monthly London-Scotland trips as a family of 4.<br /> <br /> Its also very amusing crushing morons in GTIs away from lights <img src="/styles/mbclub/smilies/devil.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt="" title="Devil " data-shortname="" /><br /> <br /> <a href="http://s725.photobucket.com/user/nick_jones20/media/20151024_133414-1_resized_zps3m8pyb5w.jpg.html" target="_blank" class="link link--external" rel="nofollow ugc noopener"><img src="http://i725.photobucket.com/albums/ww252/nick_jones20/20151024_133414-1_resized_zps3m8pyb5w.jpg" data-url="http://i725.photobucket.com/albums/ww252/nick_jones20/20151024_133414-1_resized_zps3m8pyb5w.jpg" class="bbImage " loading="lazy" style="" width="" height="" /></a><br /> <br /> <a href="http://s725.photobucket.com/user/nick_jones20/media/20151024_142942_resized_zpsi3aqdius.jpg.html" target="_blank" class="link link--external" rel="nofollow ugc noopener"><img src="http://i725.photobucket.com/albums/ww252/nick_jones20/20151024_142942_resized_zpsi3aqdius.jpg" data-url="http://i725.photobucket.com/albums/ww252/nick_jones20/20151024_142942_resized_zpsi3aqdius.jpg" class="bbImage " loading="lazy" style="" width="" height="" /></a><br /> <br /> <a href="http://s725.photobucket.com/user/nick_jones20/media/98c19600-9d55-46bc-a512-ff1cedd36dc6_zpsrwqzugui.jpg.html" target="_blank" class="link link--external" rel="nofollow ugc noopener"><img src="http://i725.photobucket.com/albums/ww252/nick_jones20/98c19600-9d55-46bc-a512-ff1cedd36dc6_zpsrwqzugui.jpg" data-url="http://i725.photobucket.com/albums/ww252/nick_jones20/98c19600-9d55-46bc-a512-ff1cedd36dc6_zpsrwqzugui.jpg" class="bbImage " loading="lazy" style="" width="" height="" /></a><br /> <br /> <a href="http://s725.photobucket.com/user/nick_jones20/media/a97884be-c74c-4cae-8a55-403a0fd70786_zpsqxs3ozm8.jpg.html" target="_blank" class="link link--external" rel="nofollow ugc noopener"><img src="http://i725.photobucket.com/albums/ww252/nick_jones20/a97884be-c74c-4cae-8a55-403a0fd70786_zpsqxs3ozm8.jpg" data-url="http://i725.photobucket.com/albums/ww252/nick_jones20/a97884be-c74c-4cae-8a55-403a0fd70786_zpsqxs3ozm8.jpg" class="bbImage " loading="lazy" style="" width="" height="" /></a><br /> <br /> One thing that annoys me a lot is this. <div class="bbWrapper">Nick,<br /> Loads at home, I'll post a few. 90G in red with a few choice mods. New sills this year and the seats were treated and recoloured. I've had it years now and use it most days - its on 254k miles so adding a few really doesn't matter!</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">If anyone can help with theach bubbledo paint on the plate behind the rear wiper I would be very grateful</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">All I'd be doing with the rust spot would be masking, rubbing down, rust preventative, skim of filler, rubbing down again, primer, flatting off and finally a rattle can of satin/matt black.<br /> <br /> You may get away without the rust prevention as it doesn't look too bad, but take your time rubbing down till you remove it all, or it will be back.<br /> <br /> The masking first is to prevent accidental damage to other areas, like the glass... It may need re-doing before painting.</div>

A good, known decent miles (&lt;150k miles) turbo is going to cost more than your e55. Then you will start spending!<br /> They are great cars, I have a new turbo from the US waiting to go on but I need a MAF kit too. The combination will be a bit pricey but with a new chg it could be good for 375 bhp.</div>
