E63 W211 tuning???

Where do you start with getting a bit more outta these beasts??? What kinda stuffs available and what gives you the most bang for your bucks??? This is my first merc and I love it just wondering what can be done to it. Its totally stock atm although it isn't restricted top end so not sure if its already been remapped or if this could've been done by Mercedes???

I've had one and if you want more power then super charging is the way to go but that cost's some big bucks.

Otherwise remap, LSD, maybe secondary cat delete.

Without forced induction, I'm not sure you are going to see huge gains in power though...

Supercharging will give the biggest gains.
However there is always the NOS route for a easy 100 or 150 BHP increase.

Whose best for remapping these motors?? Has anyone fitted K&N filters to theres I was looking into it but read it can bring on the engine management light?? I don't have the money to go forced induction but a bit of spray is always an option anybody on here sprayed theres???

Jimmy had his sprayed......wizards of NOS kit.

Wouldn't bother with the filters.....won't make any difference from the OEM ones.

Eurocharged are pretty much the bench mark for mapping.

Speak with acid at MSL he is a Eurocharged dealer and has built some monster E63's over the past few years

Might be cheaper to swap it for a 5.5 or an e55 (depending on age) as then mods are more straightforward and cheaper.
