I have just about reached my pun capacity and my resistance is breaking down, but I am megger impressed with the continuity of this current thread that seems to be winding on into infinity.

I can only stator that I will not brush aside the fact that you lot are drawing me ,like a magnet ,into your field of silliness.

I have to tall you that I have now seen the copper wire wrapped around the motor of my washing machine! I am such a magical lady. My husband informed me when I got home from work last evening at there was something wrong with the machine, so I googled about it, then removed and cleaned the filter, checked the pump impeller was turning, removed the back and checked the belt was still on, watched the motor go around, cleaned everything I could find and hey presto, I'm 'currently' doing laundry! I am not a lady to be trifled with when it comes to trying to fix things! AND I'm £4.10 better off having discovered coins in various places in the machine.

Initially, I was planning to buy another at Currys, but then I realised I would have problems disposing of the old one. Any road up, it's fixed and I have magical powers!
