Engine tuning

Hi Guys,

I am a new member to MBCUK. So far I am really impressed with the website and the conversations look very helpful.

I own a mint C250 Turbodiesel Estate 5sp Auto Sport and want to chip it.

Please can anyone point me in right direction for decent suppliers of chips/tuning kits for the engine management as I need MORE torque!

Welcome to the forum.

Do a search on "Diesel Tuning", and then speak to "jimmy" for more details - he has added a Tuning Box to his C250 TD.

Before adding a tuning box ensure the engine is operating at its peak performance.
You need to check the inlet manifold and intercooler are clean and preferably give the turbo a polish up.

Looks like you got rid of that mondeo then - good choice

As you can see I recently P/X ed my old Smart for a slightly quicker version...
