ESP light fault on mercedes CLS

Hi, can anybody point me in the right direction. I have a 56 plate cls 320 cdi, when I drive it for a few miles the ESP light comes on and says ESP inoperative and also at the same time on the message screen it also states run flat tyre sensor inoperative. When I take the key out and restart the car the light goes off and messages are clear.

Anybody know what this could be?
