Why would you pay £750 for N111RKD?

I have only once in my police career stopped and had cause to follow through someone for misuse/misrep of plates. A warning usually does it. Motorists get hammered enough, for being legal.

His face was a picture as I removed the plates to seize them as evidence.

They were covered with black tape to read entirely differently and the plates they were reading as were involved in theft of petrol on many occasions, though.

And he was arrested .

His car was also uninsured, he had no licence and was high/drunk on alcohol and crack.

Not your average Multi-Million Pound man.
