External plastic trim on W126 500 sec

Hi all,

This is my first post, so wish me luck!!

I am currently restoring my 1988 500 sec, I would be most grateful if someone can give advice on the following:-
i) How do I get the external plastic trim/cladding off which is on the wings,doors and rear of car?
ii) the rear wheel arches are not that bad at the moment but eventually they will need some work, can I buy replacements? I know you can buy them for the w126 saloon will these fit the 500 sec.

There are pop studs, and hooks also. Cant remember which direction to pull in, but you have to gently pop the studs out and see if you can see which direction to pull in. Thats for the wings and rear section. The door is similar, but i believe there is a screw to undo first, which is tucked in behind the door rubber strip.
