Fav car to date

I have lost count of the makes models and number of cars I've had now. One of the jobs I promised to do on a wet weekend was to list them all up!
But I have a couple of favourites, well actually it's three. All three very different but I miss two of them badly and still have one tucked away!
First my favourite Mercedes. After lusting after one for a while I found my perfect E55 which I purchased with just 8,000 miles on the clock. Spec'd up to the knackers and when I let her go I nearly cried!

Then my favourite bit of fun My Westfield SEIW
Took some years to build her but.....
Cracking bit of kit and I do miss my weekend fun with her.

Then there's my baby. A car I drove in the early 80's and fell in love with and promised myself one day I would have one...... 30 years later I found one which is work in progress but I love her dearly :o
And with the rattle of diesel for the daily now I still have the sound of a V8 to perk me up and put a smile on my face when required :thumb:
She is 38 years old this year and only covered approx 65,000. Original engine which runs as sweet as a nut :D She is a keeper :p

The current Merc is definitely the best car I've had, and I like it a lot, but I'm not sure it's my favourite.

I think my favourite is the Austin 7 special, it certainly would be if it hadn't dropped a piston crown.

My favourite rather depends on road and weather conditions, and the journey involved too.

Just a yellow badge....LOL

Always thought it was the prancing horse?

Or Dancing Donkey...

JAYB is a mod on pistonheads of course... and a thoroughly nice chap too. He has a beard also.... :D
